Anarchy Eyewear was founded and started in 1995 in the streets of youth culture and draws its influence from the core of music, action sports, fashion, art and the act of being independent and living life on your terms. Anarchy Sunglasses are designed to complement the independent customer who carves his own path in life. When Anarchy Sunglasses was conceived there were only a few sunglass brands in the market, and most were too expensive for the youth or anyone who spent their time surfing, skating, snowboarding, and riding BMX or any other individual sport that represents their lifestyle. The Anarchy Limited Warranty
The Anarchy Eyewear limited warranty covers breakage due to manufactures defects up to one year from the date of purchase. The limited warranty is only valid with proof f purchase fro an Authorized Anarchy Dealer, without the receipt as a proof of purchase the limited warranty will be void. The limited warranty does not cover scratched lens, lost screws, accidental damage or damage due to improper care. Also any alterations of Anarchy products will void the warranty. Anarchy reserves the right to make the final decision on whether the damage is due to manufactures defect or not.
Warranty Shipping Information
In case of a manufactures defect, Anarchy Eyewear will wither repair or replace your eyewear for a processing, shipping, and handling charge of $12.50 per pair of sunglasses. Make all checks or money orders payable to Quantum Optics. We encourage you to send your items by traceable methods (UPS, FED EX, UP Postal tracking), as Quantum Optics is not responsible for lost or misdirected packages. Ship your products to:

For further information, please call 800-426-6396. The fee is non negotiable and must be pain whether the damage is due to a manufactures defect or not.
When mailing in your eyewear please include the following to ensure your item is processed correctly:
- Letter stating the problem you are having with your product
- Your phone number where you can be reached during the day
- Your return address
- Package eyewear carefully to avoid further damage. Anarchy Eyewear will not be held responsible for damages caused by improper shipping or non receipt
- Please allow 4-6 weeks for claims to be processed
Anarchy Eyewear that is not covered under the limited warranty (due to expiration of 1 year warranty or if the damage is not due to a manufactures defect) can still be repaired for a reasonable fee. A customer service representative will contact you if this is the case.
