Damaged items must be returned in the ORIGINAL packaging for the claim to be honored. We appreciate your business and hope that you are completely satisfied with your order. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return/ exchange the product following these instructions:
Fox will exchange or issue a refund on unworn, unused, and unwashed products within 60 days of the date of purchase. Please follow the specific instructions on the back o your original invoice and send the product back within the 60 days for a credit or exchange. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment. Please see Warranty information regarding products that have been used.
Warranty
Fox provides a one-year warranty from the date of purchase of every product. The warranty covers defect of workmanship and materials, but DOES NOT cover damage caused by accident, improper care, negligence, normal wear and tear, or the natural breakdown of colors and material through time, exposure or extensive use. If you suspect a defect in workmanship or materials of a Fox product, you may send the product to Fox for a warranty evaluation at any time within the first year of ownership. California state law requires that items accepted for repair is clean. Charges will be assessed if cleaning is necessary. Damaged items covered by warranty will be repaired or replaced with items of comparable size and style, at Fox’s discretion. Damaged items not covered under warranty will be repaired, when possible, for a reasonable rate and a fee will be charged for return shipping.
