From the date of purchase and with receipt, GATORZ provides a two year warranty for metal sunglasses and a one year warranty for plastic sunglasses. This warranty covers breakage and defects due to material/or workmanship/ GATORZ will repair or replace any current style that is deemed to possess a manufactures defect. This warranty does not cover scratched lenses as a result of normal use.
For warranty or replacement service:
Call GATORZ Warranty Department at 800-767-4287 or email customerservice@gatorz.com to obtain a return authorization number (RA#). When you receive your RA#, you will be given detailed instructions regarding the return process. Your RA# is only valid for 30 days from the date it was issued.
Packages and returns without a valid RA# on the outside of the package will be refused by our receiving department and returned to you.
Replacement Lenses:
